We are happy to purchase any items, however, we may decline depending on the condition of the products.

Yes, We do not charge a visit fee. (Please feel free to contact us first.)

Yes, you can. However, we recommend that you contact us in advance as the appraiser may not be available. For cases when the appraiser is unavailable, or for items requiring specialized appraisal or high-value items, we will hold the item temporarily for appraise and purchase.

Is it okay to decline if the appraisal amount is lower than my desired amount?
Yes, you can rest assured that the purchase will only proceed once you are satisfied with the appraisal.

No, I'm very sorry, but we do not conduct appraisals or evaluations using images via email or LINE. Evaluating based on images may hinder us from verifying details accurately, which could affect the correct appraisal price. Therefore, we only accept appraisals and evaluations in person.
